About Us
Erin Glesner - Head Pastry Chef/ Owner
Born and raised in Duluth, I started decorating cakes over 10 years ago!
My years of experience include various types of vendors and styles. From preparing ice cream cakes to running a grocery store cake program. All the way back to Duluth; where I was head pastry chef for a local café, in charge of organizing and running their wedding cake program. Leading me to start my own part-time local business!
